TORONTO, ONTARIO – Glimmer Resources Inc. (the “Company”) (NEX: GME.H) announced that it has been advised today by the TSX Venture Exchange that commencement of trading in the common shares of Baffinland Iron Mines Corporation (“Baffinland”) has been delayed and will now commence effective at the opening of trading on Tuesday, February 10, 2004 on Tier 1 of the Exchange under the symbol “BIM”. The Company wishes to apologize to its shareholders for any inconvenience that this delay may have caused.
